Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. Where several goods ordered in a single order are delivered separately, the period begins on receipt of the last item.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

How to Return

1. Notify your withdrawal by email to info@ekenelogistics.de, quoting your order number.
2. Place the items — ideally in their original packaging and with all tags — in a box together with a note of your order number.
3. Ship the parcel with a carrier of your choice to: Ekene Trades & Logistics, Im Wiesengrund 1, 97253 Eichelsee, Germany.
4. As soon as your return reaches us, you will receive a confirmation email and we will refund the amount as described above.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply, or expires early, for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision by you, or that are clearly tailored to your personal needs (e.g. personalised team apparel printed with names or numbers), and for sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if they were unsealed after delivery.
